Nick Fitzpatrick is the Vice President of Brokerage Services at Knapp Commercial Advisors and a CCIM Designee. Knapp Commercial Advisors is a trusted and respected Commercial Real Estate Brokerage serving from Atlanta to Marietta and Alpharetta.
As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, Nick specializes in helping business owners and investors sell and lease commercial properties in the Atlanta market. He is specifically focused on Cobb and Fulton Counties including Marietta, Smyrna, Kennesaw, Acworth and Alpharetta. He brokers Office, Medical Office and Industrial properties and tracks each property sale and lease in those markets. This market knowledge and a decade of real estate experience allows him to offer best in class brokerage services tailored to your unique business needs. You can count on us to provide expert guidance throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process.
Nick is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, a CCIM Designee, NAIOP, ICSC and various other industry associations.
